I am writing this letter to complaint about the internet service.
I have been a satisfied customer of your company for over a year, on the contrary recently my connection is unstable. Even when it is working, it is extremely slow that it is of no value. Unfortunately, I can not do my office work and assignments.
I already informed your customer care department via phone on two separate occasions. Though they responded, yet problems are not solved. In my opinion, there is some technical issue. That's why I would like to you send the best engineer to fix it so that it will not happen again.
Furthermore, the bill is due on Friday. Since I have not been receiving any service for two months, I believe that either your reduce the bill amount or refund my money back to me.
I hope you will take action promptly.
