I am writing with regards to the issue during the stay of my close friend at your hotel and I would also suggest possible solution.
Let me introduce my friend at first. he is civil engineer, age 28 years from Pakistan with identification number 35202-56789432-1, and stayed in one of your hotel's room. I have recommended him to stay in your hotel, as I have explained him plus points during my stay two years back. he stayed for four days in room number 34 at the ground floor.
In relation to the issues during his stay, Although it's affordable and near to my house, there was a delay for allotment of the room. Furthermore, his room was not tidy up and room's shower was out of order. Third downside of the hotel was the poor condition of the carpet. Apart from that the cutlery provided was not clean properly.
As a solution, I would recommend to replace your carpets and cutlery as it had been stained and stinks. Proper attention is required for the shower cabin and it must be replaced too.
I hope you would definitely pay attention to the said issues, in order to provide best service to the customers. Otherwise, hotel and tourism industry is one of the leading business across the world. there will be a time when you wouldn't have enough customers, I am afraid.
