Dear Sir or Madam, This letter is in reference to the three day trip to another country that the school has organised for the class 5th students next week and, my daughter is one among them. During the discussion about this excursion with her class teacher, I came to know that you were looking for parents who could volunteer, as it involved trekking and camping in the forest. I have experience working as an explorer during the weekends. Besides the fact that I support adventure camps, I am also a writer. My next article is about children's interest in outdoor related programs. I hope that opportunity to accompany children will give me a variety of exposure to understand the same. As a supporter for the trip, I can help you in providing a check list about the mandatory items to be brought by the kids as well as the management. In addition to it, I can also offer few best transport references that proved superior quality services. Moreover, I would be grateful if you could share the brochure of the event and other requirements you are expecting from the parents whom you like to take along with you for the visit to make sure I meet them and can discuss further during the face to face meeting. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Regards, Renuka
