Dear Sir, I am writing to bring to your attention to a problem I am facing while trying to park my car near the office parking lot. As you know our office do not have any parking space of its own. I used to park in a nearby parking lot from my first day in the office. However, recently that parking was shut down by the city council to build a new shopping mall. As a result of this, I could not travel by car because the nearest parking available is far from where I work, and it is inconvenient for me to travel that much by public transport. Therefore, I would like to suggest that you should rent our office parking space as it is currently vacant. It would not only benefit me but also other employees working in the office since we all can travel to and from office conveniently.
