You recently bought a camera while travelling overseas. When you got to your destination you discovered that some important items were missing from the box. I'm Dheeraj Sudarsanam. I'm writing this letter to bring to your attention about missing items in my latest camera box. On 27th October, in Melbourne Canon store, I bought latest Canon 700D camera with basic 50x zoom lens included. I bought that camera when I was on my way to the airport. I carried that box with me in the cabin bag. After coming to the UK, I opened the camera box and realised the basic 50x zoom lens are missing. The price I paid for the camera is inclusive with that lens. Hence, I was boarding flight, I didn't get a chance to open the box and check the items. When I found that lens is missing I was so upset because they are highly required for my shooting in the UK. I contacted the store in Melbourne and I got advice to write a letter to a local representative explaining the situation. What I'm expecting is, I want to get that lens from you in any local store. I have receipts and purchased item number with me, as a proof of purchase. I hope you will consider my problem and will give a prompt response.
