I am a regular visitor of " Rio sports club". I am writing this letter to complain about the changing rooms facility in the center. I have objected the issue several times before, unfortunatily no action yet taken place. This is the 3rd time when I am complaing. People face hard time to access these room, which gets stucked and diffecult to open, because the door locks of these rooms are way outdated.
As, I mentiod before, I already complaint the coach about this issue, However, he ignored it as nobody riase the voice except me.
Therefore, installation of new locks will help a lot to use the rooms more oftenly, which is a huge problem and need to be solved promptly, because people like me have to wait for long time to get in to the room when door gets stucked.
