Dear Organizer I am planning to attend the World A. I. conference which would be held in Houston on the 1st of March 2022. But first I would like to collect some detailed information relating to the venture. More specifically, I need to work out the dates of the event. I will be flying in from Melbourne Australia, so my preference would be arriving one day earlier than the actual start date. It is also important to get an understanding of the agenda for the conference. I will have my family travelling with me during the trip, hence I do not want to attend any sessions that are irrelevent to my field of research. Finally, and perhaps the most crucial piece of information, is the accomodation and the cost associated with the event.
