You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country.

Dear Sir and Madam, I am writing this email about ABC coding seminar which will be happening in next few month. As I understand, this seminar will be arranged at India, but due to COVID-19 situation it has been changed to Japan. Japan is pretty close to my hometown, then I have decided to join this seminar suddenly. However, within shortly notice that I have at a momnent made me nervious about preparing things to get ready. Then, I need some advise and confirmation from you as following. Firstly, could you pls let me know the exactly date. Secondly, timetable of each subject which I have to attend and is it include meal? Morover, can I join only the topic which I am interested?
