You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country.

Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing to let you know about the issue at my accommodation. I am currently accommodated at room 88 where I share a room with another student. Although I am very happy with the accommodation itself, I find that it is becomming impossible to live with my current room-mate. Let me explain my situation. There are two main problems are making it almost impossible to study. At the moment, I am forced to work in the library which is not always convenient. Besides, the rent agreement for college accommodation clearly states that refrain from makeing too much nosis and not have visitors late in the evenings.
