Dear sir, I am writing this letter because the keyboard of the laptop which was purchased from your company is malfuntioning. The laptop is an acer brand with model and serial number N16P1 and 9290324 respectively. While using the laptop this morning, I noticed that the numeric keys as well as the alphabetic keys were not functioning. The Laptop was turned off and restarted but the problem persisted. Due to this problem, I have been unable to reply work related emails and cannot access the files on my laptop. Infact, the laptop has disrupted my work for the day. If possible, the company should send an engineer to my home to fix the problem as soon as possible but if the issue cannot be fixed my laptop should be replaced because it is still within it's warranty period.
