Dear sir, I am writing to complain about a cloth I requested on your website on Friday, but when I received the cloth it was totally different from what I ordered. The dress I paid for being a torques blue size eight ball gown, with two side pockets, a belt at the side and was meant to be on knee length. On delivery, I noticed that the package was more bulkier than I expected. I tried to open it to my uttermost surprise it was a navy blue size ten flowing dress, almost like a wedding gown. Please I would like to return the outfit so that the appropriate one will be given to me. But if the clothing I wanted is no longer in stock, please I will kindly need a refund.
