I am writing this letter to inform you that I am unable to use WIFI broadband at home which I am using for official purpose only.
I would like to tell you about the concern that, yesterday evening, when I was working on the laptop, suddenly it stopped working, and disconnected from the device and was getting an error ‘no network. I even rebooted it many times but nothing worked. Now, it is not showing any green signal, and the red light is continuously blink
My job is getting suffered because I have some urgent meetings with my clients and essential assignments which I have to submit to the boss on time. If I do not complete my task within a timeline, I might be lost the job in the company, therefore, I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I request you to please send your representative at home so that It can be solved and I can resume office work at the earliest. Otherwise, if possible, you may provide me replacement of the modem as it is under a warranty period. I hope that you will give the best resolution for the same.
