Dear Mr. Tim, How are you? Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in concern with the furniture in the rented apartment. Me and my family are really happy with the place. By profession, I am a software engineer while my father is a mechanical engineer working with Honda and mother is a home-maker. Your place is cozy and appropriate for us as there is a garage where my father can work as well as a computer room for me to program the application and play videogames. My only concern with the place is the dining table. One of the legs of the table is cracked, hence it is scary to chop vegetables, work or eat on the table. Due to this, it is shaky and inclined from a corner. Not only the leg but overall condition of the table is adverse. The condition of the wood is deteriorated due to dampness. As our contract included the furniture and the gadgets in the rental clause, I would like you to replace the defective furniture.
