Dear Mr. Smith, My name is Tahjib, tenant of your apartment no. B/6, Ranking Street. I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with the present condition of some of the furniture which has been provided with the apartment. While some of the furniture is new, few of the furniture became unusable and unrepairable at the same time. I hope you will consider my situation favorably. Let me explain my situation. Last month I shifted in one of your owned flat which is decorated with furniture and electrical equipment, however, from the beginning I found some of the furniture become old and turned into scrap. Though it appears that the last residents of the house used all furniture carefully, it has lost its temper for long used as the last tenant of the house lived in the house for almost ten years.
