I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the faulty product that I have recently purchased from your company.
My name is Peter Mike and currently based in Brisbane. I am one of the satisfied and loyal customers of your company. I have been purchasing products from your esteemed organization for the last 10 years.
A week ago, I bought a brand new camera from your store. It is highly recommended by the sales representative assigned to that particular section, hence I confidently purchased the product in spite of there are many substitutes available at marginally lesser price. Subsequently, as I found it to be a faulty for an unknown reason, I returned the camera on the same day requesting for a repair. It is been a week, no one from the store reached us to provide an update about the camera.
I am disappointed with the lack of customer care and service provided to me. Thus, my request is to provide with the cash refund for the value of purchased item, and I have all the supporting documents such as invoice and receipt for the submission at the customer care center.
I am looking forward to hearing a favorable response from you immediately.
