Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards with my HP Laptop i purchased from your store on monday, Jan 25th. I observed the mic of the laptop is not working. when i attend a call using the laptop, I am able to hear what others are saying but when i am replying, noboady is able to hear me. Since i am working from home i have to take a lot of calls to collaborate with my team members and a functional mic is extremly needed for me. I have already tried basic troubleshooting to check for any software related issues but found none that leaves us wuth the hardware being faulty. I will need a replacement for my faulty laptop, if not can you pick the laptop from my registered address for quick fix of mic and meanwhile provide me with an alternative laptop so that i can continue my work.
