Dear Q. R. S, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with a product which I recently purchased from one of your shop. I had purchased a high quality laptop of Asus brand, on 10/03/2021 from your, Trivandrum branch. I have brought a brand new laptop, all because I had problem with my previous one with some speaker complaints. On the contrary my new system is also having the same speaker problem, in fact more than the old equipment. This recent laptop is creating more weird sounds when I switch it on and thus I am forced to shut down my system. I wanted a good quality sound system laptop, as I am working home and I also have to attend a number of meetings. These all are getting affected as I have a faulty equipment. I am requesting you to give an exchange at the earliest, as need a new one for my work immediately. Or else, I am ready with refund option also. But I definitely does not want this damaged product.
