I ordered a Dell laptop from your website which was delivered yesterday. However, I was dissatisfied because the product I received was damaged and not as per my specifications. Therefore, I am writing this letter to inform you that the product which I purchased from your website was not promised as mentioned on your website as per the black Friday deals.
I placed an order for a Dell Laptop model XX05 with the specifications that include 8 Gigabytes RAM, 1 Terabyte hard disk, and Intel i5 7th generation processor.
Unfortunately, I received an opened sealed package from your delivery man. Besides, the display screen of the laptop was broken. Although the laptop is working fine as I switch on the laptop, the device is useless unless the screen is not fixed. Plus, I ordered the pale grey skin color of the laptop. Though, I received light blue skin.
I would request you to kindly replaced the damaged product with the mentioned details above that I placed an order from your company’s online portal on the last black Friday. Moreover, please ensure that in the future no other customer would encounter this issue.
