Dear Sir or Madam, I writing to bring to your attention an incident that happened last week in your supermarket. I would also like to make some suggestions so that such of thing does not happen again. I have been a loyal customer of New World since I move to New Zealand. Sadly I have to tell you that my experience last Friday was not pleasant. I was in the preserves and canned food aisle when a tower o cans fell over me. Seem to be that one of your workers left it unattended while he was refiling the shelves. Fortunately, the damage that caused me was not very serious, the wound was quite shallow and I only needed a couple of switches. Anyhow, I would like to ask you to report your workers about the consequences that their acts can have on your customers and to give them a health and safety induction.
