Writing Dear Mr. Williams, Hope you are doing good. This is with regards to our telephonic discussion last week where I would need your assistance in finding a house in Montreal, Canada. As you are aware that I am moving to Canada next month with my family, I thought of giving you a brief about myself, my family and the type of accommodation required along with some preferred areas. To start with, I will be joining a consulting firm in Montreal and my wife is a practicing lawyer in the state court. Furthermore, we have two amazing children named XXXX and XXXX who are 3 and 5 years old respectively. Though we are a small family but would a big space because of our job profiles. We would be requiring a home which should have at least 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a decent size modular kitchen. Since we spend most of our time in the office, it would be great to have an open garden where we can spend our weekends. With regards to the area, we would prefer to have our new home in a clean and peaceful locality so that our children can study without any disturbance. Additionally, it would be very helpful if there are some markets and schools nearby so that my wife can handle the grocery items and kids schooling when I am out on a business travel. Considering your past record and positive reviews from the existing customers, I have no doubt that you will find us a great accommodation as per our requirements.
