You were hurt in a minor accident inside a supermarket, and you wish

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you about a minor accident that I had to face while shopping at your supermarket, Reliance Fresh, yesterday. My name is Waseem, a regular customer of your chain store. Around 2 pm yesterday, I was grocery shopping at Reliance Fresh. I slipped and fell when I was driving my cart along the frozen foods aisle. My elbow and back were in pain. After I got up, I noticed that the cause of the accident was a leaky refrigerator. One of the fridges near the end of the aisle were leaking water badly. I urgently requested one of your employees to clean the floor and place a caution sign at the area to prevent other shoppers from hurting themselves. I have never experienced such carelessness in the shop before and I hope that the staffs become more alert and proactive in the future. Please replace the leaking refrigerators as soon as possible. I suggest your staffs carry out daily routine checks of all the electronics prior to opening the shop because if they detect any abnormalities, they can act on it straight away thereby preventing any unforeseen injuries to customers.
