Dear Mam/sirI have been a regular customer for two years in your restaurant. Whenever I visited I’ll get special attention and service. staff and Manager are very courteous. Recently we went to another one of your outlets with my friends and family, it was embarrassing experience I faced. We went for holiday so Last night we returning everybody feeling hungry. we saw one of your restaurant so went for dinning we totally 15 people, each people ordered food. We ordered chicken fry and fish fry and shrimp. After our order we waited for almost half an hour and they served, food wasn’t hot and taste was like you can feel that’s old food and chicken and shrimp were raw and rotten smell was coming. So we informed to one of the staff but he didn’t take any action even they not ready to listen. We don’t want to argue with front of my family so paid and return. If you not taken any action for sure you will loss your reputation very soon.
