You normally go shopping in the area where you live. However, you think some of the facilities for shoppers could be improved. Write a letter to your local newspaper. Dear Sir / Madam I am reaching out to you in order to give a few advise for improvement ideas about the shopping center. The mall itself is a great place for both families and young people where everybody can find shops for their liking. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the food court, thus everyone can enjoy their favourite cuisine. Although the number of toilets are limited, they always appear to be clear and hygenic. I personally thank you for maintaining the facility in a good shape. However, there are some minor issues I noticed during my visits to the mall. First of all, the sound level of the speakers around the food court are too high. Especially the elderly people such as my father having a hard time hearing other people talking. Another one is having very bright advertisement screens all around the facilty. Thus, having flashing advertisements on the screens may cause serious health problems to sensitive individuals. I believe, you as the management have an operations office that you can control the volume of the speakers and perhaps you can dim the screens down from your control panels. Yours faithfully, Jake
