You went to the Public Library for reading purpose last week, best there was a lack of material when you tried to find some books for reading, and there was no seating arrangement for the public.

Dear Sir, I am a student of Ontario college. I am writing this email to bring it to your attention, that I visited your public library previous week and my experience was horrible. I went to your library to lend science fiction books for one of the projects tasks assigned to me by headmistress of Ontario college but surprisingly I couldn’t find even a single book which could provide related references for the project work. Other thing what I did experienced during my visit was that they were no sitting arrangement due to which the library was looking over-crowded and the people were frustrated as they had to be on stand-up mode all their time. Eventually, I found a bench were people can sit but that was completely occupied by the books on them. There are few other concerning issues which needs your attention like the books are not kept in order and there is no alphabetic order maintained. Few books are just kept in disordered way in which nobody would be able to figure out and find the necessary books.
