Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complaint about the way of treatment me and my daughter has received in your Hospital. I was totally disappointed and unsatisfied with the behavior of your staff.
During the afternoon, my daughter has developed a sever pain in her stomach. Because it was Sunday our regular doctor was having a surgery, and we had to come to the causality hospital nearby. I had taken the appointment in the counter and was told to wait for sometime, at first I thought it was appendicitis but the receptionist did not answer properly, and she was so rude.
After waiting for four long hours the doctor came and started the medical procedure. Eventually, my little girl went through some tests and I felt everything is OK. When I met the doctor he said, he was free for last one hour, and I was so frustrated and not happy with the way the receptionist was not showing any concern.
I would be grateful if you could investigate this terrible service to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
