Dear Mr. KianiI am writing this letter to highlight the dissatisfactory response received from our visitors regarding the reception area of our company. I am mentioning below few suggestions which could improve our client's experience.
Let me pen down few complaints that we have received. The parking area in front of our reception area is quite congested which makes it very difficult for the visitors to park. And the ones who manage to park comes back complaining about the scratches they have got on their vehicles. In addition to this, the staff on duty at the reception area are generally not in their respective uniforms which leaves a very unprofessional image of our company in our client's mind.
Hence, I would suggest if we can arrange for a parking space for our visitors in the basement where they can park their cars at their own convenience. This will give them a very pleasant experience and they can enter our premises seamlessly. We should also arrange for a meeting with Three Sixty company who is managing the security of our building and make it mandatory for the security staff to be uniformed while accessing the office premise.
I would request you to kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
Yours SincerelyMandeep Singh
