Dear sir or madame, I am writing to you to express my dissatifaction on the services you promote on your restaurant. A friend of mine has recommend your famous restaurant at the fifth avenue as the best restaurant in the city, so i thought it was a nice idea to invite my familly to have a lunch there. Unfortunately the services was not as we expected. First, when we arrived, we choosed a table near the window in order to have a good view to the sea, we waited there for about 30 minutes and no one came to present at least the menu. Secondly when i tried to look for someone to serve us, i found a waiter, but he was busy Watching soccer on tv and he did not care about my request. I am afraid to informe you that the staff working in your property do not respect the costummers.
