My name is Rakesh Patil and I went to post office of Bopal to do speed post of mark sheet to the Canada of Government. When I reached over there, I saw long queue which consist of pregnant woman and senior citizens along with other citizens. There was horrible condition and meshed up as only one counter was working hence, I stood up in line for at least 5 hours in line. This is my humble request to you that please arrange special counters or separate line for pregnant female and senior resident. Moreover start token system with timing for the citizens as this system will allow people to come to post office at a particular time and also aware people regarding use of online service of Indian post service which will also reduce burden on the local post office for their work. I will be very thankful to you to implemented above mentioned suggestions as soon as possible because this will be benefit to both customer and post office in term of time and service.
