Dear Sir or Madam, I have recently visited the local school in our city and I found out that it needs some renovation work, in addition to some other jobs, for that purpose, I am writing to offer help on the improvements. Let me start with the lockers, I noticed that some of them have no keys in addition to painting problems, I also saw some broken benches in the playground, so, I would like to offer bringing the materials and pay for the workers who can will the job. Since the classes are running now, I suggest to perform the refurbishment activities during the weekends. I believe that we all have obligation towards our community, therefore, I wanted the students to have better environment. Due to the amount of work need to be done, I asked my colleagues at my office to volunteer and sacrifice their weekends for the next month, and I got three of them liked the idea and were willing to support.
