Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the water quality of swimming pool and rude behaviour of maintains staff. I am regular member of the swimming pool and since it's inauguration. It is walkable distance from my house so i choose this. Service and other facility are very good but after replacing cleaning staff it is not upto the mark. Past one week the water quality is so bad and chlorine quantity is very high, Because of the chloride water swimmers are facing health issue i my self got stomach infection last night and other member are also facing problem. So we have complaint to cleaning staff but they are not listing to us and they are very rude to us that this the good quality of water in pool apart from other swimming pools in our area and they told that if you have any concern please contact to our manager. Please we are requesting you to please have a visit and check the quality of water in pool and ask the staff to maintain required amount of chlorine in water so we swimmer will fill comfortable to visit, And also if possible please check the water quality every alternate days.
