My name is Andy wellington. A client in your leisure pool. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction as regards a problem l encountered in your piscina. Last friday dated 21st August 2021, myself and my family members were opportuned to visit your pool as part of our leisure travel activities. Our intention was to dive into the water and enjoy all water sports such as sea walking, snorkelling, ice skating and scuba diving. I am thinking that it is a mechanical fault which requires urgent attention immediately. In relation to the specific of the issue, the erratic ph level alkalinity water is increasing outrageously and has adverse negative effect on the water whi h results into cloudy pool water. As a solution, l will suggest that you invite a pool expert to examine the HVAC installation and most specifically to scrutinize the water purification level and probably provide sewage treatment immediately.
