Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the house I am currently living in. Me and the other two housemates are having a hard time facing the problems in this house. The air conditioners in all of the rooms are quite noisy and we are unable to sleep at night, which is affecting our study routine. The faucet in the kitchen was already broken when we acquired the place, we asked the agent for plumbing service which he committed but have yet to deliver on their promise. I am also finding it inconvenient to afford as the rent is Rs. 40000 which is shared by three students whereas there are four bedrooms and one of them is completely not in use. I find it most unsatisfactory that despite raising my concerns to the agent on the time of taking over this place, he has not filled the fourth room yet. I happen to know a friend who is looking for a shared space and I believe he would be a great addition in this place as the fourth occupant.
