Dear Sir or Madam, The cogent reason for writing you this letter is complaint about the service of your telephone company. I have begun to use your company's service recently and I have faced up a number of acute problems. I should have been informed that there are high speed of internet and more high quality of connection as opposed to other companies. Since my job connect with internet I decided to choose your company. But much to my disappointment it did not function properly when I had to use it. I can not speak normally as the conversation was interrupted very often. On the top of that your call center was always so busy that I could not get information at all. In the light of bad service of your company I could not do my work on time and I was told off by my boss several times. As a result of this I got nervous and this affected my health as well. I had big expectations from this company but unwittingly your company dashed all my hopes. That is why I would like to have some part of my money which I spent within the last month refunded. I hope that you will tackle the problem as soon as possible. With utmost respect. Yours faithfully,
