Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide my feedback about quality of food and service at your restaurant. I often visit your restaurant for the popular and delicious Indian cuisine "Butter Chicken" and Panner.
Recently, on the special day of mother's birthday, we visited your restaurant to enjoy our favourite dishes. I made prior reservation well in advance for a splendid evening with my mother. Unfortunately, we were not assigned any table by your staff on the time. Moreover, the restaurant incharge was rude to me when I asked him about my reservation. After awiating 30 mintues, we were provided with the table, which was not cleaned in proper manner. To make this our evening far more worse, the waiter did not brought the items that we ordered. Both of us were highly disappointed with careless food service and rude behaviour of your staff. Therefore, you should take necessary steps to train your staff and make them behave friendly with customers.
