Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you about a occasion which happened with me and my reletives when we were in your restorant last Saturday in the evening. Usually we selebrate my birthday at home but this time we decided to did it your restorant on Sins street. But we were dissapointed about quality of service that we got. The weitress was so rude and we asked menu twice and she threw it on table after 20 minutes of our waiting. Aslo she tried to ignore our orders or had lack of attention for it because two dishes that we ordered we had not get nad we made this request again. This evening was not so bustling because I noticed that 50% of tables were empty and I decided this attitude to us based on some personal treats of your employee. I hope you can impact to quality of service and your service will have better quality than we had in last Saturday.
