Dear Sir/Mam, I am writing this letter in response to an advertisement found on the newspaper on last Friday. I am 25 years old young and energetic woman from a village called kottayam in kerala. I have recently completed my graduation in commerce with a distinction. I think I am eligible to apply for this job. I have worked as a clerk in a private firm for last 1. 5 years. I was into accounts section and was processing 20-30 files per day and having good typing skills and computer knowledge. I have alos done certification in accounting. Since childhood, I was dreaming for a government job. I would love this job because it reminds me about waiting for letters from my dear ones during my childhood days.
