Dear sir or madam, I hope this letter meets you well, I was walking by today with my cousin when she sighted your restaurant and told me how delicious the food is with extra spice. She knows I love spice so much so I told her let’s go in and place order. We entered the restaurant, it is actually a beautiful place and very welcoming but I had a problem with the chef who served us. she was very rude, I asked for the menu and she actually shouted saying it’s just right in front of me. we walked out because it was embarrassing. Your restaurant is very popular and am sure you won’t want to loose customers so it’s better you have a staff meeting and training them on how to respond properly to customers and also let them be involved in building customer relationship.
