Dear sir, I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing you so I can give a presentation on what I gained in the conference. I will like to give more insight on customer relationship in the retail sector for example Victoria secret which sells women wears such as underwear, body mists and pygamas. This will be an interesting one, I will be sharing ideas on how to offer alternatives to customers and also Garment care. It will cover our daily activities in the store as well improve our skills. According to the plan i have for the presentation it will take only two hours to share and get feedback from all staffs. All staffs, training supervisors and also the cleaners should be in the meeting as it will be helpful to us all. using our staff pantry will be the best location for us to use because it is big enough to accommodate the people.
