Dear Mr. Manager, I am John Smith, residing in the street 9, Ottawa. The purpose of writing this letter to express dissatisfaction regards of our last visit to your restaurant. As at the last weekend, there was a birthday of mine. All my family members were present there so we have decided to celebrate at your hotel. Although, your prestige in the local area is very good, still when we were there it did not seem as of it. To begin with, the food which we have ordered was not in proper taste. Furthermore, the hygiene issue was there and delay in the serving the food. Finally, the waiter was so unfair and constantly late for each item which we were ordered. Therefore, my birthday was ruined and not expected as I imagined. I need to take strict action against of that waiter. In addition to this, make your service fast hence for customers do not need to wait for long to receive their meals. At the end, it is all about your prestige in the city, thus, this kind of service will not works for you. Hope you will take immediate actions against the problems which I have discussed.
