Dear Sir or Madam. I am writing to complain about car which I recently had my car repaired from your workshop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 20 th of March I visited one of your workshops in order to repair my car. Because of the car was broken down. I noticed it last week. I thought the problem was engine. Looking aroung the town I encountered expected workshop and I asked a workshop master about problem of my car. He checked the car. Then he said that the car needed to repair. I decided to stay my car in the workshop. Two days later, I drove the car for the first time it worked properly. However, when I drove it second time there seemed to have been a fault while I was driving for long distance. The engine still working with unpleasant sound when I used it. Furthemore, when I tried to drive again the same thing happened. In addition to this the car's lights out of order as I wanted. I would like to check and repair once more time again. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving a reply. Your faithfully. David.
