Dear sir / madam I am writing this letter to inform you about the extremely pathetic service offered by your firm not only did your service inflict financial losses but mental agony as well. I contracted to move my belongings from Gujarat to Maharashtra little did I know I would be greeted with broken furniture and extremely rude staff! After trying to bring to their attention the destruction to my property caused by their actions your staff responded by a nonchalant wave. Later I insisted to talk to a supervisor wherein they dismissed me as a rude customer. Therefore it begs to ask the question is this your idea of customer satisfaction? . I would also like to bring to your attention all the legal implications it can cause. Also how future customers will associate your name with a negative experience. On a concluding note as a wronged customer I would expect nothing other than a full refund plus a sincere apology. Awaiting your response at the earliest. Yours sincerely
