Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I brought my family to this restaurant thinking that it’s a great place to have lunch yesterday but for some reasons I was not quite happy with the food that I had to experience. I hope you will handle this matter seriously. Let me explain my problem. I planned a get together with my family because it’s been a hectic month for us due to the lockdown. Some members in the group were vegetarian and others were non-vegetarian so we ordered two separate sets of appetizer, main dish, and dessert even though the waiter wrote everything right in front of us, the food presented in our table was not the expected one. Unfortunately, the food took so long that we decided to take it out instead. Would you kindly either give us store credit or discount for next time? This restaurant’s rating and reviews are better than any other fine dining stores. I will be expecting more hired professional employees too, especially waiters.
