I am writing this letter to convey my gratitude towards you for arranging such a memorable tour for me and my family to Kerala. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Moreover, the arrangements made by you were very soothing for us including the hotels, fooding, transportation.
It has been quite a long time since we were planning to visit Kerala, but luckily with your package, we got the chance to explore every bit of Kerala’s beauty. We loved our stay in Munnar, while enjoying the greenery over there. Also, the houseboat stay in Alleppey was our first experience in a houseboat, which was made very comforting by the staff over there, they blessed us with a homely treatment.
Apart from this, there is a concern that I would like to share with you, which includes the staff dedicated to us. During the end of our stay, our driver had some personal issues and unfortunately, wasn’t able to continue with being our guide for the rest of the trip. So, for our convenience, he introduced us to one of the replacements. Although, in the beginning, we didn’t face any challenges, until the time we realized that the driver was unable to converse neither in English nor in Hindi. As a result, it became difficult for us to communicate with him. He wasn’t even aware of the routes in the city. He even dropped us to the international airport, and by the time we got acquainted with this, he had left. Moreover, we couldn’t speak to him on the phone, as he didn’t understand any language except the local one. This incident made us a bit unhappy about the tour, as we were almost on the verge of missing the flight.
Request you to assure about your staff, and replacements accordingly, and if possible, teaching them with any commonly spoken language can decrease many cases of discomfort to the customers.
