Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the timings of the library in London University and the inconvenience caused by it. My name is Sushma with student ID number 468888 and I am pursuing a Masters in HR and Marketing at the university. I am currently in my final year and preparing for my last semester exam scheduled for next month. The library closes early in the evening by 6. 00 pm and I am unable to get the relevant books needed which is only available in the HR section on the first floor. My extra classes run throughout the day till 7. 00 pm on campus. Due to this, I am not able to avail the facility required for me to study. I would like to make some suggestions to help address this issue not just for me but for all other students who are in similar situations as me. One could be that you look at extending the usage hours till 10. 00 pm, so we can sit in the venue and refer to the materials for studying and assignment submission. The other can be to enable an online tracking system to borrow the books with a return date. Either of these will help fix the problem at hand. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to the possible changes to suit all students. Yours faithfully, Sushma N
