Dear Sir As a matter of fact, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the air conditioner of the room 102 which/who did not work properly I was your Guest from October 1 to October 8. There are many aspects about the mentioned matter the first thing that I want to talk about is related to air conditioner. To provide more explanation, I should say that my room was too hot and I could not stand it. In addition to this, it is good to point out nobody answered me.
