Dear Sir or Madam, I had a 3 days of stay at your hotel, Holiday Inn in Ottawa, last week. During my stay I bought a wrist watch from the Fairview Park mall, but I just realized that I forgot to pick it up from the dresser in my allocated room. I hope that you would help me find my watch.
