Dear Sir/Madam I want to express my strong dissatifiction with resort recomended by by your travel agent. At first time It is semmed to conforts of hotel are normal. However, I liked the hotel in the morning but I was going to have bath and swiched on hot water. Unfortunately, It it was switched off. l was very nervous. I asked staffs of the hotel to switched on it in polite way. But, they refused as well as they were too impolite. In spite of after that situation I was going to use the internet for work. Although, the internet's speed was very slow and connection was very poor, from that I was absalutely angry. Therefore, I was not able to do my work in time and My boss remarked me. These matters made me to write complain about difficulties and unconforts in the hotel. I hope that I will not be forced to take further action. Yours faithfully Sara Johnson
