Dear John, My name is Michael, and I am your new tenant from Flat number 231. I am writing to share my views regarding the apartment that has been allotted to me. To begin with, I would like to commend you for the design of the apartment. I just love the modern style architecture of this place. Additionally, adequate ventilation system, attached washrooms and car porch facility make this flat worth living. However, I am facing minor problems that needs to be addressed. The first one is the temperamental functioning of the air conditioner. It starts with loud noises and does not give cooling sometimes.
