Dear John, My name is Michael, and I am your new tenant from Flat number 231. I am writing to share my views regarding the apartment that has been allotted to me. To begin with, I would like to commend you for the design of the apartment. I just love the modern style architecture of this place. Additionally, adequate ventilation system, attached washrooms and car porch facility make this flat worth living. However, I am facing minor problems that needs to be addressed. The first one is the temperamental functioning of the air conditioner. It starts with loud noises and does not give cooling sometimes. As I am new to this city, I am not aware of any electrician here. Would you please amend this for me or share the number of good electrician for the servicing of it? Also, the fire alarm of the kitchen is dysfunctional which could be hazardous for me and my family members. I am not ready to take any risk so I request you to repair it in one or two days so that I can live here with my family securely. I hope you would consider my requirements and do the necessary action in time. Looking forward for a positive reply! Yours truly, Michael.
