Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular passenger of your bus. I am writing this letter to complain about my dissatisfaction to the service of your bus company in our town. Recently, I always arrived late at my work due to the fact that your busses are also arriving late or sometimes they cancel their trip without prior notice. Moreover, you also have poor hygiene. I can see dust everywhere, the chairs have a bad odor and there are a lot of litters on the flooring. I highly recommend to increase the number of buses, It allows to depart and arrive on time. Before using the bus, inspect every corner, wipe all the dust, disinfect the chairs, and swipe the floor. It would be also very helpful if the company announce one day before if they would cance their trip so other commuter can easily change the way of their transportation.
