Dear sir, I'm writing this letter to inform you about my presentation, on the upcoming training session. I thought of selecting the topic as High performance liquid chromatography analysis. I recieved a training on that topic recently therefore, I felt it will be beneficial for the others aswell to share my knowledge. Since we are planning on purchasing our new 'HPLC' instrument it will be very informative and interesting to our analysts to refresh their memory on this instrument. Moreover, I believe that conducting a training session by a third party will cost more and this will be a great cost saving to the company. I will be mainly covering the instrument parts, solvent systems, columns and the method validation process. Aditionally I planned to give a brief introduction on the software, how it differs from what we are currently using. I prefer if you can get the permission to have it in the auditorium and I might need the assistance of the ICT team to put up the projector and the sound systems. I have already contacted the ICT team to get their technical surpport and furthermore, I am planning to have a small quiz inorder to evaluate our team members whether thay have gained the knowledge out of this session. Hope it will be interesting to all and please give your feedback regarding this. Yours sincerely, Niranjalee.
